There are two versions of the song "Straight Back" from Mirage. The first version appears on early vinyl pressings, while a remixed version featuring vocal overdubs and extra guitar parts appears on later releases including the first CD versions. The "Original Vinyl Version" was included as a bonus track on deluxe or expanded releases, such as Mirage from 2016.

I’m only echoing what has already been said - simply sensational-sounding remaster. Huge soundstage, dead-quiet pressing, and velvety warm mastering. MOFi have really nailed the Mac reissues. I can only pray that both Rumours & Tusk see the light of day on MOFI. -

Phenomenal album and pressing. Only Over You is one of the greatest songs ever written. -
This particular remastering sounds really good. The album was very well recorded and well mixed to begin with -
The SACD version sounds incredible. The mix is spacious with terrific soundstage and instrument placement. Love it.

Copies of this CD are extremely rare, but if you can find one, then it is a very nice mastering. It has a laid back sound, and is very very quiet -
DR 10, not heavily compressed. Decent remaster, but do yourself a favour and buy old CD version (DR 13), it's wonderfully mastered. -

I had the original Canadian pressing of this and it was a compressed muddled mess, so a no-brainer to the MOFI. I am very pleased with this album, nice detail, separation of instruments, clearly heard throughout and no more muddle! A+ -

Second the previous comment - for the die-hard collectors, which do you think is the best option between an original pressing, the 1984* MoFi LP, the 2024 VMP and the 2025 45RPM MoFi ? -

If „Gypsy“ weren’t on the album, I would have dismissed it immediately. It’s a weak album without any standout tracks—such a stark contrast to „Rumours“.
