Beware of mexican prints of this record they contain a different run out matrix that’s mentioned below and they sound terrible i guarantee its why many have complained about the sound

Mine has the EU 2014 barcodes but different US pressing info elsewhere, both on bottom of side 1 label - B0019818-01A
and side 2 - B0019818-01B
and in the runoffs:
"KISS 00602537658268 - A KiR (etched)(and in the runoff grooves: "KISS 00602537658268 - A KiR (etched) and (stamped) (1248037) 01010102:
"KISS 00602537658268 - B KiR (etched) for side 2, no stamped numbers.
No card included. -
Great remembrance of my teens With that said I found the songs to display a variety of clarity. For instance, Detroit Rock City’s tone was clear and uncompressed. The remaining songs of side one felt compacted. Side two started out the same but improved with Beth. My favorite song of the album, Do You Love Me, sounded just as I ed.
Vinyl is great quality and super quiet. -
I like how this pressing sounds. I don't particularly hear too much sibilance as others have commented. I just think it sounds fun.

As early as 2012 the analog masters were gone. Resurrected was done from a digital copy of the masters and so was this. You’d have to get an OP if you want a master from the original analog masters.

It’s a good pressing, but it is a little sibilant. Great art, and OG Kiss Army paper inner. I added a poly inner to keep the record in. Looking forward to picking up the rest of the Kiss cata this series. Hoping for less siblance though.

This album is a KISS classic! Own an original, but decided to go ahead and buy a 180-gram as it was on sale pretty cheap. Like all other 180-gram KISS reissues, this sounds pretty good! Very happy with this issue.

This pressing sounds sibilant, the sssss sound. Other than that it is very nice, turn your treble down when playing this album

The hard inner sleeve is to tight for this 180 gram edition, you have to use your fingers on the edge of the record to pull it out, and push hard back in. Also this same inner sleeve inner folds left some bad damage lines on one side of the record, I have not use any liquid cleaner on this stains, I'm planning on doing so after I get some new inner sleeves
