I have one of the earliest pressings to compare with and this just sound better. Fuller, tighter and more pronounced bass and just sound massive. It’s quite on the low output side so you have to turn up the volume on this one. Bur when you do… aah, man…. Sounds so good!

Sounds fantastic. Very brutal and enough bottom end. Highly recommended.

This should be listed as a 1987 repress. Megaforce did another repress before they gave the rights to Elektra in 88

I don’t see anything in the notes on this pressing and have yet to find anything else already catalogued regarding this but, my copy appears to be on JVC or some other equivalent virgin vinyl. It’s slightly transparent when a light is held to it? I feel like I saw this on a YouTube video or something as well. Matrix numbers match this pressing.

I conducted a shootout of this EMW/Coyne cut and the '88 Columbia House pressing (equal EX grades). This EMW/Coyne cut bettered the delivery IMO: blistering and blunt and raw (and louder) versus the more refined and lusher (but more muted) delivery of the Columbia version. And this pressing just gets more aggressive the louder its played, retaining all balance along the way, avoiding any distortion or reduction in quality. Pick one up. (Rega Planar 3, Audiolab 6000A, Wharfedale Denton 85's, REL T/5x sub)

Had the chance and got this. This is a great sounding pressing.

Sounds absolutely mind blowing. Get this if you get the chance.

This is the F/W (Frankford Wayne) pressing, cut by Tom Coyne.
