This is no audiophile demo disc but wow, does this sound great when you know the history! Guitars are powerful and upfront, nice separation (surprisingly) with growling vocals clear in the mix. Modest on the low end. Don’t have an OG to compare but I really love this mix!

Edited one year agoHow many times did Chris Bellman remaster re lacquer re issue re process ... Someone have that technology where they can take off the vocals the bass the drums Wayne's guitar Fred's guitar and the hall acoustics the tape hiss the machine noise the microphone circuitry the back round vocals the audience the floor noise the drink machine and REMIX THIS .... The outside traffic ... Chatting inside the mobile truck I forget was this recorded on 4 track or 8 track .... Multi track was this tape stolen also like Love's Forever Changes by I forget his name ( he he )
