Serious question: does anyone know the source of the sample at :06 seconds, a male voice saying, "The President of the United States"?

Bought this one when it came out in 1987, at the tender age of 8. How I still Love this 7" (Tell me tell me.. can't say..) Proto Sampling :-) -

Somewhat typical of the New Beat sound, Okay! features many samples placed over a mid-tempo Italo Disco sound.
Where this particular track stands out from the others is in its irresistible chorus, a simple line of "tell me, tell me, you can't say" repeated various times throughout.
The band went on to release a pseudo Depeche Mode sounding album, which unfortunately revealed them to be little more than boy band wannabes, with the one notable exception being For Love And Pride (which at least tried to be Depeche Mode with some respect).
Still, the Mixed Media Edit of Okay is still a fun track to drop in an 80's mix and will certainly raise some smiles.
