Hello all. Does anyone know anything about this label? There is a label under this name apparently releasing Turkish music that is already listed here on Discogs (label page: https://discogs.mejorespelis.org/label/1773293-Quttub?page=1), but I'm wondering if there is a separate label or regional office of some kind going under this name based in Singapore. I recently received a stash of old tapes by 1970s-80s artists from Yemen, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt (hence I'm posting about this label here) that are on "Quttub" and use the same label logo that you can see at present Quttub label page, but all say "Made in Singapore" on their sleeves, whereas the only clue of a country of origin on the present Quttub label's releases is some of them having been listed under Turkey as their country of release.

I know there are similar things going on with other Singapore-based labels (e.g. Super (3), which has a similar catalogue of Middle Eastern artists), which are apparently not blocked from sale despite their questionable status, so I'm wondering if this warrants a second label entry on the grounds that the label is clearly identified as being Singaporean on these releases, and that the North African and Gulf tapes do not appear to be pirates of pre-existing releases from other countries, unlike the currently-listed Quttub label's tape versions of LPs released by other labels in Turkey.

Not only would it be nice to be able to sell the Yemeni, Saudi, and other tapes I've got on this label (Sabah Otaibah and Faizah Abdullah are both amazing, and are apparently not found in the database related to any other label), but it would be nice to just have a consistent policy where labels that are not clearly ripping off previously-released material are least treated the same as those that are and yet are still allowed in the Marketplace.
