I used the new system to take my inventory offline last week, and put it back up a couple of days later. None of the buttons work until you open up the filters box at the top, and select and apply For Sale there. Then I was able to proceed with the process. The last line of the instructions states: Click on "Next" then confirm the action by clicking "Save". There was never Save button to click on. I also needed to check the item box at the top which checks all the items on the page. Which brought up a message asking if wanted to include all my inventory, that I confirmed. But in the end it worked.
