We run a phisical record store, so it can happen that we sold an item and couldn’t unlist them immediately from Discogs, just in a couple of hours. CLEANING: However we do send our records clean, you can ask for extra professional cleaning for 1 EUR per 12"/LP. We use Nitty Gritty Mini Pro2 machine, with original fluid from the factory. New, antistatic inner jacket is 0,5 EUR. We add these costs to the shipping price.

Highly valuabe records over 100 EUR, and multiple orders over 250 EUR value WE ONLY SHIP WITH EXPRESS , FULLY INSURED SERVICES, as succesful delivery is on sellers risk. PLEASE NOTE that the automatic shiping adjustment of Discogs counts with normal ed shipping, which isn’t appropriate for these expensive items!
Paying with bank transfer we can make it less secure with normal post, if the buyer takes the risks.

For items above 150 EUR: we only ship them when the customer approved the pictures and sound clips we sent about it! Please do accept that without the written confirmation about the condition of the item within 7 days, the oder will be canceled as “Per buyers wish”.

For highly valuable records we recommend SUPER SECURE PACKAGING - please ask fordetails!

We do NOT accept orders above 25 kilograms. Larger orders must be split into several separate orders.

We pack our parcels with care, but all possible damage during shipping is on the buyers risk. We can’t guarantee shipping times for any foreign postal companies - it’s also on the buyers risk.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT A DAMAGED PARCEL FROM THE CURRIER SERVICE! If you can see any damage on the box, please don’t accept that and return it as damaged shipment! If you accept the damaged box, we wont’t be able to refund the damaged items!
