In the event that your item is damaged during shipping, please me as soon as possible. All items are tracked and insured with ChitChats. I will request photos of damage to item/package via email so I can ChitChats to open a claim. ChitChats will only refund the value of the item (the item price) and not the cost of shipping in the event that an item is damaged in transit.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I do not provide return shipping labels. I will not issue a refund to the buyer until the item has been returned and recieved. If the item has been misgraded, misrepresented in the listing, or is not the correct item, I am happy to refund the item price plus the initial shipping cost. If the returned item is correctly graded or described and is the correct item, I will not refund any shipping costs, but will only refund the full cost of the item upon receipt.
