-Unless you purchase insurance or choose a shipping service that includes insurance you assume 100% liability for the safe arrival of your item(s). -After the package enters the postal system I have no control over what happens to it on it's journey to you. Despite being an extremely reliable service, USPS offers no resources for locating a lost package that has been sent internationally. There is nothing I can do to find a missing package, especially after it crosses the USA border. (believe me, I've tried many times;-))

- If you need your music quickly faster shipping options are available (just ask). USPS Media Mail is occasionally REALLY SLOW. Typically transport time is a week or less to anywhere in the USA, but there have been instances where a package has taken a MONTH or more to reach its destination. Please be patient. After 2000+ sales all over the world, I have witnessed less than 5 instances where a package has not made it to the destination eventually. .

- I always leave . Great sellers and buyers deserve to be recognized. As a seller I usually wait until the package has safely arrived before leaving .

-When possible I re-use packaging materials to save the planet and save YOU money.

-I try my best to grade accurately. I'm not perfect and occasionally make a mistake. For this reason I will accept any returns for grading reasons. For lower-priced records (less than $10) I may only briefly listen and will rely mostly on visual grading, as there is simply not enough time to play grade every record.
