We do our best to help prevent damage to our orders. We add cardboard padding on both sides of the record, and cardboard in between records if multiple records are ordered. We also add extra padding on the inside of the four corners of the box, to prevent corner dents in transit.
That said, we can't guarantee against damage by the carrier. Yes, we do our best to prevent damage in transit to the customers. However, it is out of our control once in the hands of the carrier, but we make an extra effort to help.
