Hi there! My name is Jacky – welcome to Housed Records, my personal online record store. I've been collecting vinyl since 1996, and to keep the hobby affordable, I occasionally sold records. Since July 2024, alongside my full-time job, I've turned this ion into a small business (and yes, I'm still collecting! 😉)
Grading
Before grading, I always clean records using Tonar QS-Audio Spray. I then inspect them visually and partially test for sound and playability. I grade conservatively to avoid surprises. New/sealed records will remain untouched and, of course, sealed.
Payment
PayPal only! Payment is required before I process and ship your order.
Ordering
Please read these seller carefully before placing an order. Once payment is received, I will ship your order as soon as possible — usually within 1-2 days. You’ll also receive updates on the progress via Discogs.
Packaging
All records come in transparent protective sleeves. I place the vinyl (in its inner sleeve) outside the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use professional 12" mailers with extra cardboard protection if needed.
Shipping
Buyers pay for shipping. All packages are sent via PostNL with tracking. I do not ship without Track & Trace! Insured shipping is optional and can be selected during checkout.
Please note: I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items if you do not choose insured shipping.
Tracking details will be shared via Discogs once your order is shipped.
