Although I'm relatively new to selling on Discogs, I'm by no means new in here on Discogs or in the world of records or online marketplaces.
First of all I'm a 100% positive buyer on Discogs for countless purchases over last 12+ years (since 2012).
Moreover I've spent the past 15+ years successfully selling on other platforms like eBay, Allegro and Aukro and also buy/sell locally, always with a spotless reputation and lots of satisfied buyers.

Records are more than just items to sell - they’re my hobby, my ion, and a part of my daily life.
Every record I list is part of my private collection, has been carefully cleaned, handled by me personally, and most have also been listened carefully. I take pride in honest, accurate descriptions and conservative grading. I always invest time into getting it right - because that's how I'd want to be treated as a buyer.

SHIPPING POLICY

- Processing Time: All orders ship within 1-3 working days after payment is received. If there’s any delay, I’ll notify you immediately.
- Shipping Carriers: Slovak Post for worldwide shipping and alternatively InPost for Poland (here the time to dispatch need to be specified individually). Tracking is available on request or automatically included where required.
- Packaging: Every item is securely packed in high-quality mailers with extra padding and corner protection. Vinyl is shipped outside of the jacket to prevent seam splits.
- Combined Shipping: I’ll be happy to combine items to save on shipping costs.

Very important!
Please wait for a final invoice before payment. I need to check availability and double check the condition of the records before final confirmation and sending.

- Shipping Regions: I ship to Europe, North America, and selected international countries. If your location isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to ask. Generally the buyer is responsible to pay the shipping costs and it's related local import duties. If you have any queries with regard this, please me in advance.

- Automatic Shipping Costs Calculator:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the items/parcel weight using Discogs Automatic Shipping Policies (ASP) based on your address.
You can check tarrife per weight per country in the Shipping Policy tab (pop up menu to senect your country).
Approximately 500g parcel fits 1LP (once below 300g), up to 2000g parcel 5-7LPs.
Discogs will automatically and precisely calculate the shipping costs per concrete selection of the items as I’m adding the real precise weight per each item in my inventory.

As mentioned earlier, please wait for the final invoice and confirmation from me. I’m doing my best to fit the actual availability of all the listed items. That’s because I’m also selling parallel on some other platforms or locally. Please take this into consideration. That’s also why it’s so important to wait for my final confirmation of the availability of all selected records.
Btw. by doing this, I always double check the quality and condition of the records to prevent any negative surprises.

PRICE OFFER OPTION

- By many of my listings, I allow the price offer option. Please use this option realistically and seriously. Please check pricing of the similar condition items on Discogs to make the proper offer.
- I won’t be able to confirm significant or even dramatic request for price cuts. On the other side I will be more than happy to confirm reasonable price offers by multiple items. The more the better.

PAYMENT

- Payment Methods: PayPal and other options provided by Discogs.
- Currency: All prices are listed in EUR. Please ensure payment is made in the correct currency.
- Payment Window: Payment is due within 4 days of placing your order. After that, the order may be canceled, and items relisted.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

- You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped — just send us a quick message. Once an item is marked as shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

RECORD CARE & GRADING

- All records are graded visually and also playgraded according to the Discogs/Goldmine Standards. I try to use conservative grading to ensure you’re never be disappointed.
- Every vinyl record is carefully cleaned using my Okki Nokki professional cleaning system and get’s new poly inner/outer protective sleeves.
- If there are notable issues (writing, stickers, warping, seam splits etc.), they are mentioned in the item notes.
- Need more assurance? Photos or even recorded sound sample of the actual item can be provided upon request especially for high-value items.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

- I can accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
• The item arrives damaged.
• The condition significantly doesn’t match the description.
• You received the wrong item.
- Important: me first before returning anything to agree details. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

- If I’ve made a mistake, will cover the return shipping cost up to the level of my own shipping rates. Otherwise, return costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are processed promptly once the returned item is received.

COMMUNICATION

- I do my best to respond to all messages within as soon as possible, typically within 24h, 7 days a week. I’m here to help with any questions - before or after your purchase.
