Welcome to Audio Code Graffiti! I am an independent collector, any items listed are from my private collection.
1. Shipping:
The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping.
Rates: $6 for one item, $2 for each additional item.
Double Albums count was two items.
Orders will be shipped promptly upon receipt of payment, in accordance with my shipping policies. Typically the next business day.
Items will be shipped to the address in PayPal, I am not responsible for lost packages due to mismatched addresses.
I ship using USPS Media Mail, a tracking number will be provided shortly after the label is created.
Once an item is transferred to the postal service or shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs during transit.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection. To request shipping insurance, please use the 'Send a message' button on the order page.
2. Returns and Refunds:
Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Buyers must return the item in its original condition to be eligible for a refund.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return shipping method must include tracking.
Refunds will be processed promptly upon receiving the returned item.
No refunds will be issued without the item returned.
3. Grading:
I adhere to the Goldmine Standard for grading the condition of listed items.
My grading process involves careful play grading rather than solely relying on visual examination.
I strive to accurately represent the condition of each item listed for sale.
4. Product Images:
Images of most items will be available on our Instagram .
If the item the buyer is interested in is not posted on Instagram, it can be added upon request.
I aim to provide clear and detailed images to assist buyers in making informed purchasing decisions.
5. Communication:
I strive to maintain open and timely communication with buyers.
