For defects, video and photographic evidence will be needed. we cannot accept returns unless item is listed incorrectly.
2) We will send your parcel to your discogs address (not paypal), so make sure it's correct. We hold no responsibility for a lost parcel if you've provided the wrong address.
3) Signed for shipping is available on all purchases. we cannot accept responsibility or provide a refund for any loss or issues that occur in transit unless the record is returned to us but we will be happy to provide proof of shipment should an incident occur!
4) Double EP's are classed as 2 records.
5) **International shipping costs are to be determined depending on destination and weight.**
