Due to ongoing issues with our local Royal Mail Sorting Office, and due to the volume of orders we are taking, there are chances of your order being delayed from standard Royal Mail shipping timeframes. All records are shipped in sturdy cardboard mailers with stiffener packing pieces.

Orders will be sent standard post (untracked) unless otherwise indicated by buyer. please allow us to adjust the invoice before paying if you want recorded postage. The seller is not responsible for damaged or lost items which have been sent with non-recorded postage.

Please note that incomplete orders where we have not heard back from the customer in over 30 days will be placed back into the store for sale.

Happy to refund the cost of the records if the customer is unhappy. BUT PLEASE NOTE - A FULL REFUND WILL ONLY BE GIVEN ONCE THE RECORD IS RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS POSTED. Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to pay return shipping.
