I've not been selling for a while I know a lot of postage prices have changed I never make money from postage if the postage looks very wrong it probably is and reserve right to cancel order if we can't agree the correct postage or you've brought and are not happy with new postage price I'm fine cancelling orders if you brought and are not happy if I have to adjust price,
I aim to get every postage price updated ASAP.
most records are second hand but have been looked after but id always rather communicate and send pictures of item before sending if customer wants best for
both parties.
my aim is to make the customer happy but if there's somehow there's a issue and a mistake gets made I will do my best to rectify immediately it will always be a honest mistake and try and work it out before leaving a bad review.
