All orders are sent out in purpose-made packaging, stiffeners etc with records generally taken out of their original sleeves, and placed into another sleeve for protection. Polythene sleeve also supplied.
I post to Discogs address only. If want me to ship the package to a different address please send a message with the right one.
Every record is cleaned on an OKKI NOKKI record cleaning machine before shipped.
I won't ship CDs without the jewel case.
Jewel cases are not graded, but I will make sure that I send a nice, and not broken, jewel case.
Please note that a double LP/12" will count as TWO records, triples as three and so on...
When sending abroad double lps or single lps with gatefold sleeves may cost more to send due to weight. The same happens to special editions cds with heavyweight booklets or cardboard covers.
I can ship in regular mail (untracked) only for EU countries. I'm not responsible for lost packages if you choose untracked service.
NON EU countries and ROW only in ed and tracked mail.
I will always send the INVOICE in ed/tracked mail. If you want me to ship the parcel in regular mail (EU only), please let me know to change the invoice.
Any issues or mistakes with your order, just drop me a message and I will always do my best to make sure you're happy with the outcome of the order. Being rude or leaving a negative review before reaching out to me doesn't achieve anything.
