It's 20 years on from when I first heard this record, which was unlike anything that was on release at that time, the combination of Vince Clarkes melodic synth wizardry, with the added classical guitar lead, and the distintive vocal style of Fergal Sharkey, made the hairs stand up on my arms.
The same way it did 20 years ago.
