Notes
Note on track 14 ("Catfish Blues") credited to Elmo James -- record companies and general consensus credit this song to Bobo Thomas, which is true, as it is Bobo who sings & plays guitar. The more thorough discographies tell you that is was credited to "Elmo James" on the original 78 rpm record (Trumpet #147). Elmore James had no presence in "Catfish Blues," however the flip side of #147 was "Dust My Broom" (credited also to Elmo James) which had Elmore all over it.
Note on tracks 13 & 15 -- although the credits say "12-String Guitar," he only used his 9-string.
