EMI refused to press this Apple release due to the lyrical content of 'King Of Fuh'.
George Harrison arranged for this single to be pressed by a small independent pressing plant (most likely 'The British Homophone Co. Ltd.' from the style of pressing rings and anti-slip serrations around the edge of the labels).
Reports on the quantity originally pressed seem to vary from 1000 to 2000, though it is likely that a vast amount of the records never actually reached record shops.
