A masterpiece of eclectic wonder. -
Rowboat and Jaggermeister Pie are my two favorite Beck songs. I mean, Johnny Cash covers Rowboat so its silly to say this album is total garbage. All the weird stuff on here reminds me of growing up in the 80s - has a bit of a Goonies feel to it for some reason. This is sort of Beck's "Paul's Boutique" but with an anti-produced vibe. -
This was a staple recording for my best pal and I in high school. This is such a great record, if you're ,in the mood for an adventure. So many gems and oddities!
An important note: Beck was a major contributor to the anti-folk movement, and grandson to a fluxus artist. This record is a testament to that. -
Typical collection of garbage tapes not even closely demo-worthy, put in the market as a collection of early recordings. Ever wondered what killed most of music Industry, internet or practices like these?
