    I have one with a different inner and a re-used mono sleeve (mono is blacked), anyone who knows this variation?

      this white label pressing is not a promo , but pressed by Decca UK for export to the European Continent, the record was sold in Denmark, Norway and probably the Netherlands. Often offered on Ebay as promo, not true.
