I compared this press with the original Europe pressing on "another part of me" and the original pressing sounds better. Otherwise my three disc plays perfectly, it stays clean. it's a nice collectible. And you won't find the unreleased titles elsewhere (for the most part) than on this disc.

Edited 3 years agoI really don't understand why this RP sound very bad between the original press, yes you will have more content but the sound it's definitely under the original UE pressure that i have. Very Disappointed. I think Bad is the one of the best record sounding ever. I love it so much. Thriller, Bad and Dangerous are deffenitly the holy grail of music.

All of the three records play perfectly. The sound quality is excellent. On my copy, the second record (Labeled Sides C and Side D) appears to be a tight fit, but the first and third records are unaffected. Other than that, it's great! I would recommend this release of Michael Jackson's Bad to the fans of his music, and the vinyl record collectors out there. The CD exclusive "Leave Me Alone" track makes its debut on this vinyl release as well.

There are some quality control issues with this pressing that caused some frustration. It took two returns and three copies before I got a copy that could play all the way through. The first one had some horrible skips on "Bad" that no amount of cleaning would remedy. The second copy had the same thing on "The Way You Make Me Feel", on top of really muddy sound. Finally, my third copy sounded very good, though side B has some inconsistent volume beginning with "Man In The Mirror". Not too terrible, and whether you would put up with it for the purpose of having "Leave Me Alone" on vinyl (and the bonus tracks on the other two LP's) is up to you. I haven't heard the original pressing, so I can't compare, though I'd wager this sounds infinitely better than the 2018 picture disc reissue.

Bought it brand new and sealed. Unfortunately the sound quality of the pressing is particularly BAD. Especially Side B where they crammed one more song than on the original LP (Leave Me Alone). The rest is fine and the sleeves are very nice. Not worth the money if you really wanna listen to the LP's in my opinion. But a nice collector's item.
