Edited 4 months agoDon't buy this pressing. It sucks! I bought a 81' Pitman pressing recently, did a comparison and the Pitman blows this out of the universe lol. It cost me a lot more money, but it was worth it considering my big appeal for this album.
The 2011 just has no life and fun to it when the Pitman has more punch, tight bass and better delivery from Ozzy's vocals. Don't buy the 2011 pressing.
Gear: Ortofon 2M Bronze cartridge, Cerwin Vega speakers, Yamaha R-S700 receiver, Technics SL-1210GR. -
This was literally pure garbage pressing compared to my original. Whoever this Kr who cut the lacquer should be ashamed of himself/herself/henself. Did they throw a blanket over their studio monitors while cutting? Steer away from this and find an original in the thrift stores.

Edited 3 years agoFantastic pressing! Very good sounding. No noises, clics or pops but with a bit of inner groove distortion on last tarck of both sides. No sticker in my copy. Inner sleeve printed in thick cardboard.

Good clean copy, a little bit of surface noise. Sound is clear and sharp as hell. It's loud and instruments are separated nicely. This was never an album with great production and sound and this press is the best of all I heard, but don't expect miracles. Bass guitar is still dull and guitars are still fuzzy, but that's how it should be. Print is nice and sharp.

My copy has MPO 18 but not 20. This does not match any other version or I couldn't find. Do you know why? All other things are same with this submission except ''MPO 18''

My copy only have a Legacy VInyl sticker, no 30th anniversary one, but beside that it's the very same thing. Remaster isn't great otherwise, dynamics are much better on the original but it sounds okay for what it worth.
