It's really odd times we live in. To all of us it was crystal clear that (even without the even more clear title on the 2nd edition) the original cover-art wasn't anything right-wing. hitzeschockprotein wrote below that it had been banned from the German market, certainly not back then, seems wrong, neither do I find proof nor does it compute since there has been a second issue.

Having said that, today's legislation in has it that it would be considered illegal to display it or sell it, because "inverted" Nazi-symbolic that to a (rather dull) observer would equal the anyway forbidden original is now included.
An oddity as a part of it, when I researched this album like a year ago or so (partly because I wanted THIS sleeve) with google-search, there had been hundreds of pictures while now there are none.
I am very happy to have a copy.

Musicwise I find it good enough to listen occasionally, nothing spectacular though.
A more elaborate description you may find with the second issue which is the one I have.

The inverted swastikon was meant to invert the inhumanity of the nazi-regime. Whoever it evoked this album to be banned for the German market, and also lead to the final split-up of the band, because not all band agreed to the cover design.
