I like this album. I have not heard too many Johnny Mathis albums, but this album is a treasure. I heard Johnny's version of Life is a Song Worth Singing way before I ever heard Teddy Pendergrass's version. I prefer Johnny's. Though both gentlemen can sing, I think that Johnny's version is a pure match between orchestration, arrangement and his voice. I love the violins and the dramatization I sense as I listen. It makes my spirit sore. I am so glad to own a copy of this recording.

Very enjoyable album. I listened to heavenly, I only have eyes for you, and love theme from Romeo & Juliet and didn't enjoy them as much as this one.
