Have the green pressing, but this is sadly the worst record I've ever had, completely different to the digital release in that you need to play it back at approx 1%-3% faster to have it play back at the right tone and speed and you need to keep adjusting it. I have validated that the player is not an issue and that all four sides play back at varied (not linear) speeds, so you have to keep adjusting it. It's like the masters were botched or something, as its unlike any other failure mode I've experienced with vinyl records? I can't tell whether this is the first or second release as I've only just bought it (sealed) recently from a mom and pop kinda shop.
Really fun album, wish I could listen to my physical copy though. -
Yes its a digital recording to vinyl and its not the quietest Ive heard after cleaning, but it sounds incredible. Mine is green vinyl. Play it loud, great dynamic range, great bass..no issues with my cover quality or clicks and pops..

Am I taking crazy pills?
All sides skip. I was grateful that they sent me another vinyl, which was marginally better...but still unbearable to listen to -
Edited 3 years agoThis pressing is back in stock and I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived in green. Fantastic sounding record, one of the best I own on of sound! No skipping issues for me.

My pressing is clean and flat. Dynamic range is great. Nice deep bass, well defined mids and crisp, clean treble. Luckily no issues with the song Ghost. In fact all songs track/play great. Gatefold is printed well inside and out. Inner sleeves are also printed well. No pixelation. Sadly they are not pvc lined. But that's an easy fix.

Not sure if it's just my pressing, or if others will have this issue, but "The Ghost" on side B skips dozens of times. To the point where it is unbearable. Everything else sounds absolutely great... besides that song.

The printing on the slipcover artwork is very pixelated, you can even see the pixels in the FF logo. The album cover and inside the gatefold is beautiful and sharp though.
