Get the new AP instead. It’s way better than this MoFi

After several equipment upgrades and after listening to a number of different pressings I can now confidently say that the original UK CDS 4001 A//1 / B//1 pressing is the one to get. Even this MoFi doesn't cut it. It for sure sounds great and I appreciate the quiet vinyl, but for me it lacks the liveliness and punch of the original A//1 UK. The UK issue has it all, punch, bass, organic sound and liveliness. I just wish the vinyl would have been better (quieter)...

I may have to disagree...the bass on this pressing has me fearing cracks in my foundation. The soundstage is incredible and the noise floor is...well, mind bending

Lacks the thunderous bass of the original UK pressing, otherwise very nice.

possibly the best-sounding reissue of this album in the original mix

A very solid sounding pressing of this classic album, however, the single-disk MFSL pressings offer little over the OG, commercial pressings. Thank goodness MFSL realized that the ONLY way to improve sonics on vinyl is to spread an album out onto TWO discs, preferably at 45 RPM.
