1. This is a Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Terre Haute pressing as derived from the deadwax etching side A.
2. The track times printed on the B side label for B2a (Tortured Old Man 3:00) and B2d (Unamerican Bandstand 6:05) differ from the other listed Terre Haute pressings.
3. The back cover has the Ode Records logo in the bottom left corner with a single line of unspaced text along the bottom edge with distribution and copyright credits. Other similar releases have the logo in the upper right corner with spaced text along the bottom edge.
