Funny how they refer to this as “opaque blue” when it is not actually opaque. You can slightly see the album cover if you lay the disc on top and photograph it.

I love ARTPOP! This is a pretty good pressing, however, for some reason, the mastering for side D is significantly quieter then the rest of the album. I just have to turn up the volume a bit, so it's not a huge deal. Also, the basic paper sleeves that came with it when I first ordered it came super split on the sides to the point where the record was pretty much hanging out, so I would suggest getting some Mo-fi or other plastic sleeves for this record. That being said, the color is incredible, it literally GLOWS under direct light, photos can never do it justice.

I absolutely adore artpop. The artwork and vinyl itself is great. On my first play, it didn’t sound great, but on the second play the quality was amazing. I think during the first play it was just getting the dirt out of the grooves, because now it’s really good.

Great album, decent pressing. Not sure if it’s my turntable because I don’t have this issue with other albums, but this is a bit out of tune? A bit higher pitched than it should be. Paper sleeves are always disappointing, especially when they’re in an album by a huge artist. Also, I wish there was a way to see which side was which on the discs. I have to guess. Another lackluster pressing by Urban, who I will still probably buy from because pretty colors

It sounds really good, but there is a good deal of surface noise during the (few) quiet moments. Love the color!

my fav gaga album. i absolutely adore ARTPOP. the front and back covers are really nice and i love the simplicity of the gatefold pic. would’ve liked maybe printed sleeves however record looks and sounds great although is pretty thin... love the centre labels too! love how they are the same pic of gaga as the cover!

My copy sounds great. I wet cleaned it, obviously, as you should always do. Very happy with this release!
-
Not sure if it’s just me, but my copy has some weird dust/paper shavings near the inner grooves. I’ve already requested and got a replacemen, but still has the same issue.
