Notes
1st pressing of 1,000 copies on heavy cover stock which has a surface that scratches easily.
Compared to the 2nd pressing (see Minor Disturbance E.P.) differences here are:
- Band address is not printed on right side of back cover.
- Back cover has no added statement of "Thanks a lot, Jan ($ - 2nd pressing)"
- Black Flag bars are not drawn on Henry Rollins' (née Garfield) fingers on back cover photo.

I have a Uniform Choice, "Starring into the Sun" Giant/Wishingwell test pressing I will trade for this or GI "Leggless Bull" 1st press.

I'm looking for a boot/ unofficial version of this, preferably on color. If you have one get in touch please.

This rocks and has Henry Rollins on the back cover. My wife saw it, knows I love punk (class of '82 high school), and although I did not grow-up in DC, I have resided there for 17 years. Was aware of Fugazi and Minor Threat, but not this band. I just had to have this. Paid one buck. It is the original pressing: glossy sleeve and no Black Flag insignia on Henry Rollins (Garfield) on the back of the sleeve. This is where hardcore started and Black Flag was one of my favorite bands so this EP brought on much nostalgia even if Henry was not in the band, he was clearly a fan. Finally, thanks 717paul for the link to the Dischord collection. Great 411 on early hardcore history.

i was lucky enough to score one of these recently. i agree with IlexWorld's comment below, we should have two listings for this record. i have the first press as well. you can also differentiate the second press by the addition of hand drawn black flag bars on Henry Garfield's (Rollins) knuckles on the back of the cover. there is a wonderful blog dedicated to the early dischord releases with a ton of useful info here: http://seekingthesimple.wordpress.com/vinyl/dischord-records/

Decent record, but mainly notable for being the first release on Dischord and sorta kicking off the whole harDCore thing, rather than for the music itself. There's an earlier demo that has a bit of a slower tempo at which the tracks seem to work better in a way. Of course, that was never really the point of this record.

This should be splitted into two version. One for the first press with the glossy cover and another for the "xerox" cover and then connect them to a master. As I don't own the second press I'm not entitled to create the second press in matte paper. If anyone owning such a copy could to so it would be great. (I beleive that the ed pictures is the first press). It would also be better for those who are selling their record to link to the correct press. This as it seems to be different valuation on the first press (looking at all historical ebay prices according to popsike)
