Imma have to agree with both the other comments here before me, glad i have it physically but the sound isn't quite as good as it could be. Since I have "The WIZRD" album as well and that album sounds AMAZING I'd think this also be good but nope

I agree with cottonmouth on this one. If you're a fan of the album, you will appreciate owning it on vinyl, but it's filled with surface noise and the mix is very soft.

Edited 6 years agoI'm a pretty big fan of this album (the first half or so anyway), and it's great to have a physical copy, but the sound just isn't quite on point here. My copy has a ton of surface noise after a thorough cleaning, which is not helped by the mastering being pretty low in overall volume. Guessing they compressed things more than would be ideal to fit all TWENTY tracks on 2 discs. My biggest complaint about Future is his complete lack of quality control, and it's on full display here. There's too many tracks here, especially considering how much other material he released in proximity and has released since then. If they wanted to include three additional bonus tracks to the 17 that made up the original release, they should have thrown them on an extra 12". I suspect the sound quality would be greatly improved overall with one less track on each side. I could have gone for the 3 bonus tracks just taking the place of three of any of the weak, filler tracks that are here (idk, Scrape, and the last two? Kinda hate the production on When I Was Broke and Feds Did a Sweep).
Musically, Future is at his peak here, and I just wish he could focus it into a more concise, nothing-but-heat tracklist. The sound quality is affected by including 20 tracks on 2 discs, but it's still a must have for me.
