Very good music. Unfortunately, the sound is so bad that you get a headache listening to it. You'd think the producer was hard of hearing or totally drunk when mixing. -

Yngwie's best album in my opinion. Well crafted and classic songs, Yngwie's playing at its best with the great Jeff Scott Soto on vocals and a good band to back them up. However the production isn't up to par with that quality and is actually quite horrible. He should have used an external producer. Yngwie shines in his playing of course and it fits perfect with the songs and the melody. A really great album that could have been even better with greater care for the sound. -

Where are the high frequencies? the German disc sounds louder, but this one has a dull sound, like on a cassette -
I was fortunate enough to come home with a superb copy of this the other day. Shrinkwrap. Hype stickers. Original price sticker... The vinyl is in ridiculous awesome condition. I've never heard this album on vinyl before. I did not know what to expect. Dropped the needle and "Prelude" played and sounded good. I had the volume up... "I'll See The Light, Tonight" just about knocked me into the next room. Big. Full. Thick. Excellent balance all the way from the low end to the highs. This is a great sounding piece of vinyl. Turn it up!!!

Having compared this pressing with my original U.S. 1st press, I found that this has more bass but to me lacks the definition and high end of the US pressing. Anyone else find this to be true, or do I have a bad pressing? -

This album is really awesome , the solos from Don't Let It End, I'll See The Light, Tonight and I'm a Viking are epic !!! Amazing pieces of music any guitar player should know and listen !!! -

Despite be have the same dynamics of the first pressing, this 2016 remaster has slightly better DR (right | left) on MAAT DROffline MkII.
Other important thing, this 2016 remaster sound objetively more balanced and clean than the previous pressings. -

This album was infamous for having the best songs but the worst sound. It is true that the Japanese and UK versions sounded unbearable because the bass was unnecessarily overblown. The West German version has solved this problem and has a better balance between bass and treble, but this made it sound a little thin and left-right localization was unstable in some parts.
The US version may not be as well-balanced as the German version, but it maintains a moderate sound pressure and is the most comfortable sound for me. Compared to the Richmond and Hauppauge pressings, the RCA pressing has better separation between the various instruments, the vocals come out clearly, and the backing guitars are crisp and detailed. In addition, cymbals and other instruments sound clearer, and the stereo effect seems to have been strengthened.
Still, of course, I cannot call this record a "good sounding record," and the differences from other US versions may be only very slight, but at least I don't think you will think the sound is "bad" after listening to this pressing. If it is about enjoying this album, I like this RCA pressing the best. -
Supplement the photo description. There was a flyer in the sleeve. This is the announcement of Deep Purple's Japan tour in 1985. On the other side is the announcement of the new Bananarama and Bronski Beats.

I have a test (sample?) Of this album. The label is white and only the product number. It's an automatic translation, so I'm worried if it's transmitted well. I think it's a record that no one has ever seen. Does anyone want someone? I would be happy if it was delivered from Japan.
