Overall good press, minimal surface noise. It is mastered a bit hot. If you can take a a couple db off your preamp and drop the bass a little it cleans up nice. I had to drop my sub volume a little because the drums hit hard. Mastering could be better but nothing a little tweaking can’t take care of. Soundstage is large and sounds epic. Will do for now, hopefully we get a proper remaster in the future and not pressed by GZ.

My, oh my. This is insane. The quality is very very bad. Try and dodge this copy asap! It sounds very very rough. No good mix or bass.

The sound is horrible. I hope one day we can get a re-release with the original mastering. No this crap digital master that we've been listening for years.

Sure, it's fun to have this on vinyl, particularly in a gorgeous gatefold sleeve. Unfortunately, it sounds pretty brittle with relatively poor dynamics likely due to the long playing time; this album is just too long to comfortably fit on a single LP. In my opinion, this is one of those uncommon examples where you're way better off with the CD than the vinyl offering.
