Recently acquired in 2025, sealed. After careful listening, I can report that pressing is flawless. Can we go back to these times? Today's pressings are just so subpar. As for the sound, this is pretty great, nice dynamics, higher frequencies are clear but not bright, low end is good, nice separation and soundstage. If I had to nitpick one thing, Susie-Q wasn't as punchy as I expected. I've got the 45rpm absolute originals pressing of CCR and that version of it in there is a tad better.

It's written AM 6049 on the outer sleeve, but AM 6048 on the sticker and on the vinyl. It was printed at Polychrome, Gentilly, .

Can someone please post matrix info? Trying to see if this uses the same parts as the 2002 KG/SH. Thanks!

So the reason this is a $30 record and others presses are $7 is “DR in a circle on label, no price code on backsleeve, no stereo on frontsleeve”? People are stupid.

This sounds so good. Just blown away by how great the music sounded out of my speakers!

This edition sounds Fantastic!! I have also a half speed Abbey Road which sounds incredibly good but honestly this one sounds in the same level or even better.

Very nice sounding pressing. Nice instrument separation and packs quite a punch.
