Pressing sounds awesome. Worth it compared to the triple original price! Great song as said many times, some proof that disco never really died out until the mid-late 80s. Still was pretty relevant in the early 80s.

Anyone else think this was mastered off a record? Had two copies and both have a notable pop at the same point of the tune just after the guitar riff kicks in. Also on both the 85 Club and Edit. -
Shame this was out at the tail end of the Disco era, as I think it would have been heard by more people if it was out 1979-1981.
Great original record. -
I have this pressing. It doesnt sound very good. Quite tinny, lacking oomph and warmth in the bottom end.

Edited 5 years agoThat's a lot of words.
If this is 11 minutes long the I went 'is that it' when it finished.
Maybe that's why a proper ending was cut.
It still seems like it should be carrying on there, NOT Ending !
So I played it again.
A DJ years ago said to me he LOVED FGTH's first 2 singles.
I didn't think them his cuppa.
Not that, without trying to hard I can keep them going [a mix of a sort] for 40 minutes plus, he said.
"And they are Dancing Away all that time !" -
