The majority of Tribute, from "I Don't Know" through to "Paranoid", was recorded live in Cleveland, Ohio on 11 May 1981,with the exception of an extended guitar solo midway through the song "Suicide Solution" which was recorded at Théâtre Saint-Denis in Montreal on 28 July 1981 and inserted into the song.
"Goodbye to Romance" and "No Bone Movies" are taken from an earlier English gig in of the Blizzard of Ozz album, possibly from Southampton on 2 October 1980. These two tracks feature bassist Lee Kerslake.

I believe this would be a 2000s issue. 1995 tapes looked similar to those put out by Sony in the late 80s-early 90s. Down to Earth on cassette had this typeset on the tape (that one’s from ‘01) and the 2003 re-issue of Back in Black had this typeset. The Oasis album from 2000 had the older typeset too, so I’d ballpark the release date from 2001-2004. -

Amazing album! Plays really well and sounds amazing. I recommend this album to any Ozzy or Randy Rhoads fans.

Hi, on my pressing the letters "Ozzy Osbourne", "Randy Rhoads" and "Tribute" on the front cover are red/white coloured. So far, i was only aware of blue/white coloured letters. Is the "red/white" cover a special edition? -
Honestly I think 24-bit 96k is overkill for this live album that seems to have been recorded in less than ideal conditions. The sound is compressed with very little bottom end. But the energy of the band and electricity from the audience shines through. Can you imagine being at this concert? I would rank this as one of the GOAT live albums. -
