One of the classic early blue backs, Great Decca sound especially on the solo vocal, so detailed and airy. The speaker's corner and ORG are both stellar but there is something simple and magic about the original. 9.5/10

Too bad about this classic
This recording in the Decca catalog is a real classic, about which a lot has been written. Legendary recording quality, about whose technology not only books, but also documentaries were filmed.
Unfortunately there is not much left of this issue. These are Italian "De Agostini" pressings from the "Classica in vinile 33 Giri" series from 2013. Creepy haptics and optics on the cover are not improved by the "Vinile 180g Remastering Audiophile" sticker either and make one suspect. Unfortunately, this sticker is not shown in any of the images. Compared to early originals and new editions of recent years, I can best describe the sound quality with MP3.
