This is Marc Kinchen’s (MK) first appearance in a record which he mixes. That’s neat!! -

Come on, expressrecords it's time a re-release package was put together, no? A remaster and reissue of this record is well over due! -

Maybe time for a repress after all these years? A true detroit classic that still rocks. -

We Need Somebody - is this Terrence Parker's first credited appearance? If so, a strong debut.

"You ask for it" was always my favorite on this release, still hearing that
bassline for the first time. It was ahead of its time, very obviously paving the way
for outfits like UR, among others. A very strong cut that still does the job, and makes
the kids of today run over to the booth to ask what it is. -

Twenty years later and I come across this. It's like a memory of that first tingle, shivver, hairs stand up. Why I love music is reawoken, give yerself a wake up call. It's not like that... It's like this. Killer tune, get it, stand on top of yer kitchen table and jack yer body and hope the neighbours are watching ! First record I've paid over the odds for and worth it in every respect.

In 1988 this thundered out of all the decent sound systems. Every track is solid here, it deserves acknowlegement and credit.... still a heavy weight piece of vinyl.
