Company incorporated May 1st, 2001 in Denmark, they offered CD replication and manufacture as well as recordable media and mastering services. There is no evidence they owned their own replication machinery but seemed to have sourced most of their orders through Tocano.
The company was created by ODS Optical Disc Service. The company then assumed the previous business of CDF A/S but with a focus on CD production and sales.
A sale of 51% of the share capital was completed on Dec 1st, 2004 to Optical Disc Service GmbH (ODS Scandinavia A/S effective the date of the sale.
