Folkraft Records produced folk dance and square dance records.
Founded by Frank Kaltman and Dan Wolfert in Newark, New Jersey in 1946, the label released not just records, but also dance instruction sheets. From 1949, its Dance Record Center / Distributors maintained a card file of international folk dance recordings both on Folkraft Records and on other labels that it distributed.
