Has a historic 16' baroque organ (II/P/34) built in 1688 by Arp Schnitger (the church also houses the grave of this famous organ builder). The instrument was modified in 1715, 1867, and 1886; first partial restorations in 1926 (Hans Henny Jahnn, Karl Kemper) and 1938; repairs and modifications in 1951 and 1978; thoroughly restored to its original condition between 2015 and 2017 by Kristian Wegscheider (Dresden). Since then tuned to a modified Meantone temperament based on 1/5 pyth. comma, pitch a' = 460 Hz.
