The Allisons

English pop duo who were not, in fact, brothers or related but were marketed as Bob and John Allison. Bob was Bernard Colin Day, born in Wiltshire on 2 February 1941. John was Brian John Alford, born in London in 1939. The duo won 2nd place in the 1961 Eurovision Song Contest with "Are You Sure". Bernard Day died on 25 November 2013, aged 72.
